Een dynamische organisatie in Noord-Brabant zoekt een HR Medewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor de HR-administratie en die processen kan optimaliseren. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en andere afdelingen om de personeels- en salarisadministratie efficiënt uit te voeren. De geschikte kandidaat heeft mbo+ niveau in HRM, ervaring in een HR-functionaris en is bekend met het systeem AFAS. Communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte houding zijn essentieel in deze rol.
