Een innovatief bedrijf in de tuinbouw zoekt een ervaren HR Adviseur voor een veelzijdige rol van 24–28 uur per week. De functie omvat het geven van HR-advies aan teamleads, het ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en het optimaliseren van HR-processen. Je hebt een hbo-opleiding in HRM, 5 jaar relevante ervaring en kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving.
