Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en analyseren van HR-rapportages, procesoptimalisatie en het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers. Vereist zijn minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, uitstekende kennis van Excel en communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
