Maximizd is op zoek naar een ervaren HR Adviseur voor H.Z. Logistics in Maasdijk. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het zelfstandig oppakken van verzuim en personeelszaken, en overleggen met leidinggevenden over de actuele HR-zaken. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om zelf HR-beleid te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Voor deze rol zijn zelfstandigheid en goede communicatie essentieel.
