Werkenbijbakkerijbraas in Obdam zoekt een ervaren HR Manager voor een sleutelrol binnen de grootste industriële bakkerijen van Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van HR-beleid en de verbinding tussen directie, management en medewerkers. De focus ligt op leiderschapsontwikkeling en HR-processen binnen een dynamische 24/7 productieomgeving.
De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een zelfstandige HR-managementfunctie en HBO/WO-niveau. Ervaring met AFAS en kennis van arbeidsrecht zijn gewenst. Wij bieden een professionele werkomgeving en diverse ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
