A.S. Watson Benelux in Renswoude zoekt een Specialist Arbo en Verzuim die zorgt voor goede begeleiding van zieke (ex-)medewerkers. Je coördineert Ziektewet- en WGA-dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van wet- en regelgeving.
Met een hbo-diploma en ervaring in casemanagement ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van medewerkers naar herstel of werk. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een flexibele en ondersteunende omgeving.
