We are looking for a Senior HR Professional to join our team at our Delfgauw location.

In this key role, you will support multiple legal entities by driving operational HR excellence while also contributing to the harmonization and standardization of HR processes and policies. You will work closely with local business leaders, acting as a trusted partner and strategic advisor. Reporting directly to the Country HR Manager for the Netherlands & Belgium, you will be part of a broader national and global HR community.

• Develop and implement strategic HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Proactively identify HR issues and translate them into appropriate solutions
• Advise and support management on organizational and personnel matters
• Execute the full HR policy throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with Finance
• Manage personnel administration and serve as the point of contact for employees
• Coordinate fleet management (cars and bicycles) and liaise with leasing companies
• Provide clear and timely HR reports to management and other stakeholders

• Higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in HRM or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the HR field
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR‑related tax regulations
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to communicate at various levels.

• Experience with harmonization processes across multiple legal entities is a plus
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; basic knowledge of German is an advantage
