S&Z Consultancy in Oude Pekela zoekt een Werkcoach voor de begeleiding van cliënten met een grote afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diagnosticeren, plannen en documenteren van acties. Aantoonbare ervaring en een hbo bachelor zijn vereist.
Je moet beschikbaar zijn per 1 juli 2025, voor 32 uur per week. Het doel is een passende werkplek voor de cliënten te vinden. Competenties zoals klantgerichtheid en oplossingsgerichtheid zijn belangrijk voor deze rol.
