Rijk Zwaan Italia S.r.L. in Fijnaart zoekt een Junior HR Adviseur die bijdraagt aan een prettige en duurzame werkplek. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor sollicitatiegesprekken, HR-advies en ondersteuning, en deelname aan HR-projecten.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een wo-master in Psychologie of HRM en beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels. Je krijgt een vast contract voor minimaal 30 uur per week en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder 25 vakantiedagen en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
