Trend Groep in Oudewater zoekt een HR Medewerker die het personeelsadministratiebeheer verzorgt en collegas ondersteunt bij HR-vraagstukken. Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op, verwerkt mutaties en bewaakt contractverlengingen.
Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan het verbeteren van HR-processen en help je bij de werving en selectie van nieuwe collegas. Een rol met ruimte voor initiatief in een omgeving waar jouw ideeën gewaardeerd worden.
