Location: Zetten
VIGO groep zoekt een Corporate Recruiter Jeugdzorg voor 24 uur per week, met hybride werkopties tussen Zetten en Venray. Je wordt de sparringpartner van vacaturehouders, tekent vacatureteksten en bouwt proactief aan talentpools en relaties.
Je begeleidt kandidaten door de hele recruitment journey en denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en ATS-gebruik. Een HBO-opleiding en 2+ jaar ervaring zijn vereist, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en groei binnen het team Pactum en GGZ.
