Lievegoed zoekt een HR Support professional voor Bilthoven die HR-administratie beheert en processen efficiënt maakt. Je verwerkt mutaties, beantwoorde HR-vragen en werkt dagelijks met Youforce/Beaufort.
Ervaring met cao en arbeidsvoorwaarden is wenselijk in een zorgomgeving waar 24/7-roosters voorkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met HR Business Partners en HR Support, levert accurate HR-ondersteuning en denkt mee over effectieve verbeteringen in HR-processen.
