Als VTH-jurist:
- adviseer je 10 vergunningverleners, de teamleider en bestuurders;
- behandel je bezwaar- en (hoger) beroepsprocedures;
- stel je procesdossiers en verweerschriften op;
- vertegenwoordig je het college tijdens zittingen;
- werk je met de Omgevingswet, Wabo en handhavingsvraagstukken;
- draag je actief bij aan juridische kwaliteit en besluitvorming.
Jij bent degene die het verschil maakt tussen “een dossier” en “een juridisch houdbaar besluit”.
Werken aan juridische vraagstukken die direct zichtbaar zijn in de leefomgeving.
