Die Grenze in Peize is op zoek naar een Shiftleader voor hun distributiecentrum. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding van jouw shift, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte dagplanning en veiligheid. Je verdeelt taken, houdt toezicht en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team.
Je beschikt over minstens 2-3 jaar ervaring in de logistiek en hebt kennis van WMS-systemen. Je kunt goed communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels, en je hebt leidinggevende ervaring. Dit is een dynamische functie met doorgroeimogelijkheden en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
