Operational Excellence & Performance Delivery You ensure operational stability by delivering against defined targets and KPIs. You monitor performance, apply structured problem solving, and drive corrective actions to meet or exceed site goals. You challenge the status quo and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity, reliability, and sustainability.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management You build and maintain a strong safety first culture. Stakeholder Management & External Representation You act as the key connector between the site and the wider business. You collaborate closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and commercial teams to align production capability with business demand. You represent the site professionally to regulators, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

You drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement, and you help shape the future of the site through investment decisions, capacity planning, and strategic development. You are an experienced industrial leader with a strong background in manufacturing or process environments. You have operated in complex settings where you balance operational discipline with continuous improvement and change.
