Vandoren zoekt een teammanager voor onze vestiging in Oosterwolde. Je geeft leiding aan circa 35 engineers, monteurs en projectleiders en bent het verbindende krachtenpunt tussen mens, techniek en strategie.
Daarnaast acquireer en ontwikkel je nieuwe projecten en onderhoud je bestaande klantrelaties. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, planning en budget en werkt actief samen met andere teams voor capaciteitsafstemming en cross-selling.
