Eleos zoekt een oplossingsgerichte manager die leiding geeft aan twee ambulante zorgteams op de locaties Ede en Hoevelaken, samen circa 25 fte. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire professionals aan en bewaakt de samenwerking tussen zorginhoud en bedrijfsvoering, zodat kwaliteit en herstel centraal staan.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor personeelsbeleid, begroting en de jaarplanopmaak, bewaakt productieafspraken, en rapporteert aan de regiodirectie.
