BLOEM! is op zoek naar een Operationeel manager voor een groeiende organisatie met 12+ winkels en meerdere locaties. Je zorgt voor overzicht en structuur in de dagelijkse operatie en stuurt het magazijn, de logistiek en de productie aan.
Je geeft leiding aan twee regiomanagers en de teamleider magazijn, logistiek & productie en bewaakt roosters, uren en bezetting. Regio’s roosteren, plan B bij uitval en analyseren van cijfers behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
