Zorgplein Noord zoekt een SKJ-geregistreerde teamleider voor De Beukenhorst, een kleinschalige woonvoorziening voor zes meiden. Je leidt een team van circa 8 medewerkers en bewaakt kwaliteit, continuïteit en ontwikkeling van de begeleiding.
Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, coachend, besluitvaardig en schakelt tussen operationele en tactische vraagstukken. Een warme, professionele leidinggevende met focus op veiligheid en ontwikkeling past bij onze organisatie.
