Meijer Potato zoekt een bedrijfsleider R&D om het veredelingsprogramma soepel en toekomstgericht te laten verlopen. Je stuurt circa 10 medewerkers aan en bewaakt planning, organisatie en uitvoering van veredeling en eerste introductiebeproevingen.
Je zorgt voor optimale inzet van mensen, middelen en faciliteiten en legt verantwoording af op het gebied van teeltregelgeving, logistiek en facilitaire zaken. Je speelt een actieve rol bij procesverbetering en het introduceren van nieuwe technieken.
