A.S. Watson Benelux zoekt een coachende Teamleider Logistiek Volume die energie krijgt van het aansturen van een groot team en het behalen van logistieke resultaten. Op deze afdeling wordt een groot deel van ons assortiment verzameld voor ruim 1.700 winkels van Kruidvat en Trekpleister.
Je leidt circa 35 vaste medewerkers in een dynamische 2-ploegendienst, bewaakt KPI’s en zet in op continu verbeteren. Samen met collega-teamleiders en management vertaal je operationele uitdagingen naar concrete
