Due to the growth of our organization and the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Czech-speaking colleague for our head office in Grou, the Netherlands. We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative dedicated to the Czech market.

To achieve our ambitious commercial objectives, we are looking for a sales-driven professional who enjoys acquiring new clients and further developing existing relationships. You will be a key player in our commercial success and play a crucial role in achieving our growth targets.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Develop initiatives and ideas with your colleagues to meet the established commercial objectives.

• Proactively engage with customers from a commercial perspective with natural conviction.

• Coordinate the entire customer journey, from intake to delivery.

• Maintain commercial contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues.

• Handle the administrative processing of phone calls and scheduled appointments.

• Support account managers and organise customer visits.

• Keep the customer database up-to-date.

• Follow up on various marketing activities.

• Participate in commercial activities, such as trade fairs and exhibitions.

What are we asking of you?

• You possess natural persuasive power, making achieving commercial objectives no problem for you.

• You are proactive in achieving results and thus come up with initiatives to improve the team result.

• You have an excellent command of Czech, as well as English, in both spoken and written form.

• Proficiency in another language, besides English and Czech, such as German or Slovak, is also a plus.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Having an affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.
