Position

Commercially and consultatively responsible for expanding and strengthening Profiltra’s market position.

Build new client relationships and nurture long‑term collaborations with existing customers and suppliers.

Advise customers on innovative tailor‑made insulation solutions and services by combining technical knowledge and commercial skills.

Oversee the entire quotation process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Resolve deviations or complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain customer trust.

Monitor market and technical developments, identify new business opportunities and continuously develop market and sales strategies.

Report to and work closely with the Business Director Insulation Solutions.

Profile

A technically oriented, commercial professional;

Relevant work experience in advisory sales of services and/or materials to industrial clients;

Knowledge of refractory insulation materials or their applications is a plus;

Self‑directed with an analytical and service‑oriented mindset;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to quickly identify customer’s needs and realize creative added value solutions for customers and Profiltra;

Willingness to travel in Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany;

Proficient in at least English and Dutch. Command of the German language is a bonus.
