As Sales Manager you will hunt for new opportunities in your region and secure business at a commercial and technical acceptable risk level. You recognize leads and will develop these into new (sales) opportunities and position NEM Energy in the market worldwide. We strive to embody perseverance and creativity, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be supported by the bid management team and motivate them to make your sales strategy on these projects a success.

We are working with projects ranging from €100.000 to €.

In close cooperation between Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Bid Management in the different business units, we work together as a strong team focusing on the results while we maintain a very pleasant working atmosphere.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Expand and refresh the business with active and past clients with our latest products and service portfolio

Work with agents in different regions to increase business

Manage your accounts of client and create business with new clients

Act as a trusted advisor for specific clients and/or business fields

Define and control the end-to-end sales strategy for your region

Ensure that your strategy will make us secure the projects

Support the strategic developments and financial planning of the company

Candidate requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business economics

5+ years of experience with Technical or Mechanical sales, account management or business development role of complex tailor-made products or engineered Service Solutions

You have a hunter’s mind-set and see opportunities earlier than others do

Preferably international sales experience

Decisive, passionate, pragmatic and analytically strong

You know how to motivate people

Advanced level of English, verbally and in writing

Preferably Basic Level of German, verbally

Willing to travel approx. 25% of the year
