What are your responsibilities?
As our Regional Account Manager, you are solving the refractory problems of our clients. You’re responsible for the entire sales process, from acquiring new clients to growing existing relationships. The following tasks form part of your responsibilities:
Spot new opportunities and open doors with potential clients
Build strong relationships and turn prospects into long-term partners
Manage the sales pipeline, turnover, and margins of your own region
Follow up on marketing leads and convert them into deals
Keep track of visits, opportunities, and results
Follow market insights and industry trends
Give technical product demos along with our Engineers
You will do this as part of the sales team that consists of 6 other account managers and 5 inside sales colleagues.

A salary between €5.000 and €7.000, matching your experience.

What are your qualities?
We're looking for someone who possesses a strong commercial mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a technical or commercial background.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B role within a technical or commercial environment.
Excellent knowledge of international sales processes.
A proven ability to prospect new clients and close deals from scratch.
Proactive, social, and good presentation skills.
Fluent in English AND French.
Knowledge of the industry.
Willingness to travel to visit our clients.
In possession of a valid driver's license.
