Responsibilities
Define and execute the sales strategy for the Be Ne Lux region.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and translate them into results.
Drive revenue growth and market share in line with company objectives.
Ensure a strong customer experience and close alignment with internal teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership, sales operations, and revenue growth.
Strong people management skills and a natural leadership style.
Solid background in business development and strategic sales.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on, pragmatic attitude.
A customer‑focused mindset and excellent relationship‑building skills.
Fluency in English and at least one Be Ne Lux language.
Experience in the educational (technology) sector is an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Location & Working Arrangements
You will lead our sales team of more than 10 colleagues who are commercially active across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The team follows the principle of “feet on the street”, meaning you regularly visit customers to professionally demonstrate our hardware and software on location. The aim is to clearly translate the educational value of our products and services into practical, visual solutions for schools.
Our headquarters are located in Budel. Each week, you will spend one day at our head office for an interactive sales meeting with the team.
