Leading complex commercial programmes, including tenders, RFQ processes and implementation projects, while acting as the key link between Sales, Solution Design and Operations at both regional and global level;
Translating the global Consumer strategy into targeted business development initiatives, with a specific focus on growing the Fashion sub‑vertical and further developing our omnichannel proposition;
Identifying new market opportunities, optimising the commercial pipeline and developing innovative logistics services and solutions that support sustainable growth;
Leading the Consumer Business Development team and working closely with regional CCOs, Consumer Leads and Global Account Directors to achieve the strategic growth objectives of the Consumer Vertical.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline;
A minimum of 10 years’ experience within the Consumer sector and/or the logistics industry, combined with a proven track record in business development and commercial growth;
At least 5 years’ experience in a customer‑facing leadership role, with responsibility for strategic accounts and the successful development of long‑term senior stakeholder relationships;
Proven success in leading large‑scale business development, tender and transformation projects, with demonstrated results in winning new business and expanding existing customer portfolios;
Excellent communication and intercultural skills, a strong affinity with Fashion and omnichannel logistics, in‑depth knowledge of warehousing and supply chain trends, and the flexibility to travel internationally within a dynamic global organisation.
Benefits
A salary aligned with your knowledge and experience, supplemented by a 5% annual gratuity paid in November and a performance‑related bonus;
A company car, mobile phone and laptop;
24 days of annual leave, 4 additional reduction of working hours (ADV) days and 8% holiday allowance;
