Position Summary As a Customer Success Manager III, you act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise customers across Europe. You drive customer value, adoption, retention and growth by aligning their business objectives with SPS solutions, while coordinating with sales, product and delivery teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long‑term relationships as the leader of the ongoing account team for customers throughout Europe.
Build relationships at the executive level within the customer and SPS.
Increase customer lifetime value by monitoring onboarding, additions and adoption of partners.
Lead regular business reviews (e.g., QBRs/EBRs) with clear outcomes and next steps.
Identify opportunities to expand value (cross‑sell, upsell, adoption growth).
Ensure on‑time delivery per sales contract and provide product feedback.
Accountable for 40 accounts in portfolio; lead change‑management events.
Communicate effectively with multiple levels and adjust messaging to the audience.
Serve as go‑to person for status and updates, monitor and facilitate adoption of product features.
Minimum Requirements 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting, ideally in SaaS or technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Proven ability to manage mid‑market and enterprise customers and build strong relationships.
Experience working closely with C‑level/SVP executives and executing executive business reviews.
Strong presentation, organization, time‑management and listening skills.
Ability to manage escalations and drive to desired outcome in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Preferred Experience Professional fluency in Dutch (Flemish variant).
Experience driving organization‑wide initiatives.
Background in SaaS, retail, supply chain or digital platforms.
Experience in consulting, transformation or change management.
Experience working in international/European environments.
Master’s degree or HBO.
Location Hybrid work opportunity with two days per week in the Breukelen office.
