Position Purpose /strong /pp Nurture client relationships with key European and Middle East provider stakeholders including government health ministries, commissioners, payers and providers.
Interrogate client needs and introduce potential HIMSS solutions including Organizational Affiliate Memberships, DHTPs, HIMSS Advisory (incorporating analytics tools) and Workforce Development.

Essential Functions /strong /pulli
Engage with Product Management team to understand Analytics and Advisory product suite, and available sales and marketing collateral.
/lili Collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Relations to generate leads.
Establish relationships that ensure HIMSS is aware of relevant tender opportunities (RFPs).
Deliver presentations, seminars and workshops in support of the Advisory/Analytics portfolio.
/lili Track and manage client pipeline and customer engagement daily using /lili Segment clients into self-serve commodity opportunities (e.g.
single site, single-model) and more commercially material, bespoke opportunities /lili
For material opportunities, probe client needs and prepare business proposals outlining HIMSS diagnosis of the problem, and potential solutions with features and benefits, and pricing, developed in liaison with the Analytics fulfilment team.
/lili Issue standard client contracts and support Finance to invoice and collect payments /lili Stand alongside the analytics fulfilment team as the client relationship owner.
Liaise with client to ensure surveys are completed in a timely manner.
For Stage 6/7 validations, manage the logistics of pre-validation client calls and act as the main point of contact between the client and the inspection team /lili Identify and follow through any opportunities for on-sales or cross-sales across all HIMSS products including encouraging potential and past clients to participate in HIMSS events /li /ulpstrong
What You Will Need To Be Successful /strong /pulli
At least 5 years experience in a client-facing role, ideally in sales, consultancy, or account management, including creating tailored business proposals.
Skilled in listening to clients and probing problems and opportunities.
/lili Familiarity with healthcare sector landscape (e.g.
commissioners, payers and providers).
Knowledge of digital healthcare preferred.
/lili Commercial awareness to identify high-value opportunities and understand commercial pricing strategies.
/lili Experience in managing a sales pipeline.
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
/liliBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience /lili Highly articulate in English language, both written and oral.
Excellent verbal and written communication for delivering presentations, workshops, and seminars using terms that are relatable for clients /lili Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Strategic Relations, and Finance.
