Oerlemans Plastics zoekt een Commercieel Directeur om het salesteam van 12 directe en 15 indirecte accountmanagers aan te sturen. U ontwikkelt en realiseert de jaarlijkse commerciële strategie en verkoopplan, bewaakt KPI’s en zet in op duurzame klantrelaties en new business.
U werkt nauw samen met customer service, operations en productontwikkeling en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op beurzen en netwerkevenementen.
