WhoWe’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex forecasting and planning challenges.
- Ability to synthesise data into actionable insights and drive process improvements for impactful planning outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and collaborate across various organisational levels.
- Proactive and driven mindset, passionate about delivering measurable impact and leading innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query for data analysis, modelling, and visualisation to support forecasting and planning decisions. Python and Excel VBA are a plus.
- Collect, organise, and analyse demand assumptions across partners ensuring decisions are based on solid and updated information. Aggregate and prioritise demand to create a clear picture of upcoming needs.
- Prepare clear and actionable data insights and contribute to strategic planning during financial cycles, enabling smart, forward‑looking decisions at all levels of the department. Provide scenario‑based analysis to support strategic choices.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays in projects and work closely with project managers and local capacity planning teams to implement solutions such as resource levelling, outsourcing, or in sourcing. Ensure capacity and capabilities are ready to meet demand efficiently.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve processes, while suggesting innovative ideas that increase efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
- Assist in governing processes that guarantee labs have the right resources at the right time and continuously look for opportunities to optimise workflows and improve reliability.
- Bridge long‑term and mid‑term planning with short‑term priorities, ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth execution across all planning horizons. Incorporate risk assessments and business continuity considerations into planning activities.
