MissionsWithin our Finance team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
Controlling Trainee
( 6 months, from March 2027 )
Reporting to the Controlling and Budget Reporting Manager, your role will be to support the team in monitoring the production and communication of the dashboards and indicators needed to provide a clear financial picture of the company.
- Support monthly and quarterly closings by contributing to reporting activities
- Monitor and analyze the production scope and key performance indicators: production variances, under-absorption, stock levels, and work in progress
- Calculate, analyze, and validate standard production costs
- Follow up on the inventory cycle, including supervision of stock levels, obsolescence tracking, and stock-taking activities
What You Will Learn
- Develop a concrete understanding of industrial controlling processes within a luxury and production environment
- Deepen your ability to read and analyze financial indicators
- Strengthen your technical skills in financial reporting and analysis
You are a student in the final year of a Master’s degree in Management, Finance or Economics, seeking a 6-month internship in an international and dynamic environment.
With a meticulous and organized approach, you excel in managing tasks with precision. You can think out of the box, bringing new ideas and converging them in a pragmatic way. Results‑driven, you apply rigorous logic and methods to analyse data, consistently delivering effective solutions.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to meeting internal client expectations. Thanks to your strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills, you are able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Finally, you are fluent in French and English and have a solid command of Excel. SAP and Power
BI is an added advantage.
You must have a valid internship agreement signed by an accredited educational institution.
