Directeur- trice de site 80-100 % au sein du Réseau hospitalier neuchâtelois (RHNe) à Neuchâtel (Pourtalès) est recherché pour piloter l’un des sites aigus et contribuer à la stratégie 2026–2030.
Vous assurez la direction opérationnelle, garantissez la qualité, la continuité et l’efficience des prestations, et fédérez les équipes autour d’un management de proximité dans un contexte de transformation hospitalière.
