L’Hôtel Beaulac Neuchâtel recherche un(e) Écailler/Écaillère en CDD à 100 % pour renforcer l’équipe de notre brasserie Lake Side durant la saison d’octobre 2026 à mars 2027. Vous serez en charge de la préparation, de l’ouverture et du dressage des fruits de mer dans le respect des standards de qualité.
Vous garantirez la fraîcheur, la présentation et le service auprès d’une clientèle exigeante, en collaboration avec les cuisines et la salle. Logement possible durant cette période.
