L’Hôtel Beaulac Neuchâtel, établissement 4 étoiles supérieur au bord du lac, recherche un écailler expérimenté pour renforcer l’équipe Lake Side durant la saison d’octobre 2026 à mars 2027, avec possibilité de logement.
Vous préparerez et dresserez fruits de mer, garantirez la fraîcheur et le respect des normes HACCP, travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la cuisine et le service, horaires variables incluant weekends et jours fériés.
