Hôtel Beaulac S.A. 2000 Neuchâtel (NE) Job type: CDI, 100%
Immediate start, permanent.
- Preparation and cooking of meats and fish following the chef’s directives.
- Execution of recipes with strict quality, taste and presentation control.
- Precise dosage of ingredients and culinary mixes.
- Elegant plating of dishes for service.
- Peeling, preparation of vegetables and fruits.
- Stock management and kitchen organization.
- Equipment start-up and maintenance.
- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Diploma in cooking (CFC, CAP, BEP).
- Significant experience in kitchen, ideally in a large hotel or a high-volume brasserie.
- French is indispensable; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Flexibility and availability for continuous hours or discontinuities, including week-ends and public holidays.
- Physical endurance, rigor, organization and professionalism are indispensable.
- Possibility of lodging during the trial period.
