Role
Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the international sales organization to reach their objectives. The role will provide reports & analysis, drive CRM efficiency, prepare regular business reviews, help coordinate yearly sales compensation planning, develop sales processes and support sales planning & forecasting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support international sales teams requests
- Create & develop reports & analysis
- Optimize & implement CRM and sales tools
- Drive weekly CRM pipeline reviews
- Maintain & improve CRM data and processes
- Automate sales tools & tasks
- Create & coordinate sales business reviews with FP&A
- Work with the Finance team to provide Sales data to prepare business reviews
- Provide data & comments about top deals & contracts
- Support sales planning & forecasting processes
- Review & analyze sales trends for international
- Provide data about large deals & contracts
- Coordinate sales compensation planning
- Coordinate & implement yearly compensation plans for international
- Support sales quotas set-up
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree, in Business or related field is required
Desired Training and Experience
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in sales operation or analytical role
- Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively across teams and levels
- Proficiency in English and written skills, other languages an advantage
- Experience working in a US company and multinational environment
