Role

Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the international sales organization to reach their objectives. The role will provide reports & analysis, drive CRM efficiency, prepare regular business reviews, help coordinate yearly sales compensation planning, develop sales processes and support sales planning & forecasting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support international sales teams requests
  • Create & develop reports & analysis
  • Optimize & implement CRM and sales tools
  • Drive weekly CRM pipeline reviews
  • Maintain & improve CRM data and processes
  • Automate sales tools & tasks
  • Create & coordinate sales business reviews with FP&A
  • Work with the Finance team to provide Sales data to prepare business reviews
  • Provide data & comments about top deals & contracts
  • Support sales planning & forecasting processes
  • Review & analyze sales trends for international
  • Provide data about large deals & contracts
  • Coordinate sales compensation planning
  • Coordinate & implement yearly compensation plans for international
  • Support sales quotas set-up

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree, in Business or related field is required

Desired Training and Experience

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operation or analytical role
  • Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively across teams and levels
  • Proficiency in English and written skills, other languages an advantage
  • Experience working in a US company and multinational environment
