• Proven experience in B2B sales of security solutions: intrusion, video surveillance (CCTV), access control, or similar systems
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss security market and an established professional network in French-speaking Switzerland (Suisse romande)
• English or German language level B2-C1
• Strong understanding of standards, sales channels, and market segments
• Solid technical proficiency in security products
• Excellent commercial skills and strong ability to deliver technical presentations
• High availability for travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally (up to 70-80% of the time)
• Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented profile with a strong "hunter" mindset

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory in French-speaking Switzerland (Suisse romande)
• Actively identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential partners
• Define commercial strategies and design / deliver high-impact technical and business presentations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers and central monitoring stations, ensuring clear communication of product features and benefits
• Organize technical and commercial training sessions with partners to enhance solution expertise and drive sales
• Promote the inclusion of Ajax Systems solutions in tender specifications and actively influence purchasing decisions
• Collaborate closely with distributor partners to meet local market needs
• Contribute to defining and executing regional strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions
• Develop targeted approaches for vertical markets and maximize business opportunities
• Represent Ajax Systems at marketing events, trade shows, and field initiatives
• Play a key role in growing brand awareness and driving the expansion of Ajax Systems in Switzerland
• Provide structured feedback to management regarding market needs to improve current and future offerings
