The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage the day-to-day operations of the Playa Beer Pavilion, while providing coaching and development to all personnel. Must have operational experience within the Alcohol-Serving industry and proven management experience. Should have sound client awareness and commercial judgment, as well as a positive and sensitive approach to the needs of others. Must have excellent decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, time-management and administration skills, and a good understanding of IT systems.

Compensation will be $129.87/day

Load and unload Beer & Equipment onto and off of trucks and trailers, occasionally exerting 150 pounds of force and frequently exerting 100 pounds of force. Frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of freight. Forklift, electric jack and dock handling equipment experience are needed. Must be at least 18 years of age. Compensation will be $75.53/day

Fill drink orders for servers and wait on guests. Rings up sales on a cash register. Follows State laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages. Outgoing, friendly disposition. Able to deal effectively with public in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of accurate cash handling. Honesty & reliability a must. Some heavy lifting is involved. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation will be $56.63/day

You will provide attentive, friendly and knowledgeable customer service at the Playa Beer Pavilion. Sharing your enthusiasm and expertise about all products Playa Beer and its affiliates. Applicants must have exceptional customer service and merchandizing skills. Previous retail sales experience. Sales Associates must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Must have strong typing and computer skills.

Compensation will be $67.53/day
