Strategic Project Coordinator - Mining & Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly project activities across mining, processing, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
• Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables; report variances and risks to project leadership
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work plans, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports
• Serve as a communication liaison between operations, engineering, contractors, vendors, and management
• Support procurement activities by tracking purchase orders, material deliveries, and equipment availability
• Assist with contractor onboarding, site access coordination, and compliance documentation
• Monitor progress of above‑ground construction and operational improvement projects
• Support change management processes and update project plans as scope or priorities shift
