We are seeking an experienced, dedicated professional to join our team as a Traveling Project Manager
. This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Northwest Regional Director. The Traveling Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing industrial and civil construction projects from mobilization through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations. In this position, you must understand and promote employee safety as your top priority.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of construction management experience with industrial, mining, heavy civil, or commercial construction projects.
• Previous experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, estimating, contracts, and construction documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• MSHA experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.

• Work is performed in various industrial settings, including mining operations, construction sites, fabrication facilities, customer offices, and remote project locations. Work environments may include exposure to extreme temperatures, moving mechanical parts, electrical hazards, airborne particles, dust, fumes, chemicals, and elevated noise levels.
• While performing the duties of this job, employees will be required to stand, walk, climb ladders, work on uneven terrain, sit for extended periods, use computers, communicate effectively, and occasionally work on elevated platforms.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required while visiting project sites, including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility clothing, gloves, respirator when required, and steel-toed boots.
• Frequent nationwide travel is required, including overnight stays and extended assignments at project locations. Per diem and lodging are provided in accordance with company policy.

• Promote safety as the company's number one priority.
• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through project closeout.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, General Foremen, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, material usage, equipment utilization, and labor performance.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, cost reports, and project forecasts.
• Conduct project meetings with customers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate project mobilization, logistics, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Support field leadership by providing direction, resolving project issues, and ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
• Monitor compliance with all company policies, customer requirements, MSHA, OSHA, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Travel extensively to project locations throughout the United States and provide on-site project oversight as required.
• Be willing and able to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, holidays, and out-of-town assignments when project demands require.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers while representing RAM Enterprise in a positive manner.
