Our busy mixed-practice veterinary clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience while helping support the daily operations of our clinic.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience while helping support the daily operations of our clinic. - Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages and assist clients with questions
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily patient flow
- Triage client concerns and communicate urgent matters to the veterinary team
- Present treatment estimates, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Assist with prescription refill requests and referral coordination
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer skills required
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move throughout the clinic during the workday
