Treatment Coordinator

We are expanding our teams in Carson City and Minden and seeking experienced Treatment Coordinators who are ready for long-term stability, career advancement, and meaningful growth opportunities. This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success.
Responsibilities• Review and clearly present treatment plans
• Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• Discuss payment options confidently with patients
• Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care
$20 – $24 per hour (DOE)
What We're Looking For• Dental front office experience required
• Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Clear paths for advancement + internal promotion
