What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Key Search Terms)- Licensure:
Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or pending graduation/state board licensure). - Certifications:
Current BLS/CPR certification. - Software
Skills:
Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting platforms (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital radiography. - Clinical Excellence:
Mastery of contemporary standard‑of‑care periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing (SRP), digital diagnostics, and patient health tracking. - Soft Skills:
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, gentle bedside manner, proactive, team‑first mentality. - Screening:
Requires standard background check, license verification, and routine pre‑employment drug screening.
- Deliver preventive scaling, advanced periodontal care (SRP), digital radiography, charting, and oral cancer screenings.
- Guide patients on personalized oral health habits, home‑care regimens, and preventive education.
- Collaborate with Dr. Milligan to review digital records, assess tissue changes, and develop tailored treatment designs.
- Maintain a pristine clinical workspace, enforce room sterilization protocols, and support the hygiene assistant pipeline to keep the schedule flowing.
- Market‑leading base rate of $52.00 – $60.00/hr plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses.
