Job Overview
Act as substitute for building administrators during absences; plans, organizes, administers, and directs all activities and functions from elementary to high school level to create an instructional environment that maximizes student growth.
Position:
Substitute Administrator; 8.0 hours per day;
Salary: $61.00 per hour.
Start: school year. Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check and pass mandatory pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing.
Qualifications- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to administrative assignment.
- Valid Nevada Department of Education Administrative and Teaching license with endorsements related to administrative assignment.
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License.
- Minimum of five (5) years certified experience in a school system, including at least three (3) years of classroom teaching.
- Preferred:
Minimum of three (3) years successful administrative experience.
Suitable workspace to carry out the functions of the position.
