This is a full-time Growth Track position.

You'll begin by working alongside experienced educators in an assigned classroom while learning our philosophy, classroom practices, and teaching approach. As you demonstrate readiness, you'll have opportunities to assume greater responsibility and grow into a Lead Teacher role. We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who is excited to keep learning.

Preferred:

• Experience working with young children
• Early Childhood coursework or CDA (or willingness to obtain)
• A growth mindset and desire to continue learning

No Reggio Emilia experience? That's perfectly okay. We'll teach you!
