Substitute Support Staff – Southern Nye Schools, Pahrump Schools. On‑call, as needed, no more than 28 hours per week. Funding source:

Amount will match Step 0 of the job that is being subbed.

To provide support in the support staff job classifications when classified employees are absent for any reason. Substitute Support Staff positions include:
Clerical, Custodial, Lunch Aide and/or Paraprofessional duties.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a reference check, mandatory fingerprint background check, and drug and alcohol testing
• Must complete ½ day observations in each job classification

Working in office, classroom, and/or school setting and provided with supplies necessary to carry out functions of position description.
