Coeur Mining, Inc. is seeking Fixed Maintenance Planners to join their team at the Rochester Mine in Nevada. This role involves coordinating and scheduling all fixed plant maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry and strong planning and communication skills.

• Ability to work safely and promote safe behavior in others
• Knowledge of Oracle EAM Maintenance Management System or similar, Arrow scheduling tools, and mobile inspection platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Thorough understanding of standard maintenance and operational procedures
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Skill in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• High school/GED or degree related to field preferred
• 5 years of fixed plant maintenance experience or currently in a planning role
• Surface or underground mining industry experience
