Executes guest monetary transactions in an assigned window bank. Maintains an accurate balance count of company assets while providing prompt, courteous, and excellent guest service.
Ensures all Cage Cashiers provide the highest level of customer service to all customers and employees.
Responsible for complying with all casino’s internal control procedures set by Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Controls cash levels between Cage areas.
Ensures the accurate and efficient handling of currency, checks, and chips.
Communicates effectively with all other departments interacting with the Cage.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include:
training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Knowledgeable and skilled at all tasks performed by Cage Cashiers and Main Cashiers.
Assists in balancing windows/banks and Main Bank.
Performs responsibilities in compliance with the Northern Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Maintains accurate handling of guest and company funds by processing all transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulations and company policy and procedures; handles guest complaints, ensures compliance with currency transaction reporting requirements, and provides the utmost customer service to employees and guests.

Pay starting at $22.50 an hour plus Tips! (Tips annual average $4-5 per hour)
