The Executive Casino Host is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with gaming customers while managing all aspects of the guest journey during their time on property. This includes ongoing communication through phone, email, and other electronic channels to support pre‑trip planning, post‑trip follow‑up, and long‑term relationship development. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, inspire guest confidence, and bring authenticity to every interaction.

The role requires strong business judgment, particularly when making decisions regarding complementaries.
Prior host experience is required.
